Refusals
and appeals

We represent our clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) of Canada in challenging negative decisions made by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC):

  • Refused Family Sponsorship cases,
  • Loss of Permanent Residence,
  • Removal Orders.

We take on the immigration applications that were previously refused by the IRCC, identify and fix the issues that caused the refusals and resubmit them to obtain positive decisions.
We work in close partnerships with several Canadian lawyers to challenge any immigration application refusals at the Federal Court of Canada.
